What type of fee agreements does Steele Schneider offer?

There are three basic types of attorney compensation arrangements–contingency fee, hourly fee, and flat fee– but there are variations of each arrangement. Under a contigency fee arrangment, Steele Schneider is only paid when you recover for your injury based on a percentage of the recovery. A traditional hourly fee engagement is an agreement between a client and a law firm, where attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants are paid by the hour for the work they perform. In a fixed fee agreement or flat fee agreement, the client pays a fixed fee for the legal representation, regardless of the time the attorneys and staff put into the case, and regardless of the outcome. There are variations to each of these types of agreements. As a small firm, we have the flexibility to customize an approach that works for you.
